Naomi is two weeks old today! Lots of people have asked how Jake is dealing with all this. He is doing wonderfully and is a great dad. As you can see, he is not having any problems adjusting to his new responsibilities as a dad.
Naomi took her first trip to Nana and Grandpa's yesterday. She was a little cranky, but she sat nicely with grandpa when he promised to give her a cookie.
Naomi had her first bottle today at the doctor's office since we woke up WAY to late to feed her before we left. The doctor said she looked great! She weighed 8 pounds 2 ounces (2 ounce up since her birthday). She was in the 50th percentile for weight and 75th percentile for length.
Hooray for baby taking the bottle! It will come in very handy when you want to go out on a date with Jake and leave her with someone. I'm really excited to meet that little cutie. And I love her dark hair!

Yeah! Glad her appointment went well and that she took a bottle happily. Great job Naomi!
