Checking in

Things have been pretty low key around here lately. I'm just stopping in to post a few random pictures and captions.

I love seeing these two cuddle and watch Lion King.

 We've been playing "water beads" a lot lately. It is an idea I got from this blog. She has so many fun ideas. Next on my list is convincing Jake to put together her "redneck waterbed." Fun, fun!

Look what I discovered when I got out Leah's 9 month clothes. Coordinating jammies! Naomi has been wearing these jammies all winter but I had totally forgot that she had a pair a lot like them as a baby! Through two different garage sales in two different summers, God blessed me with them knowing that my two girls could wear them at the same time one day. I think it is so amazing to know that God was planning this years ago just to bless my heart!

Leah has been really enjoying her some baby food lately.

 Naomi helped Nana bake a cake.

 Naomi hunted a few post-Easter eggs. We celebrate Easter all year long. Eggs and all.

Leah took a bath in Grandma's sink. It was the first time she has taken a bath by herself. She really enjoyed herself.

Doesn't Leah look so big in this car?! We couldn't believe how she grabbed right onto the wheel just like she'd been driving her whole life.
