Heart Art

This weekend we had hours worth of fun with a bag of conversation hearts. This may very well be the first time a pinterest project of mine has gone even better then planned. We made stacks, snakes, and piles. I was surprised how much they loved it. Their favorite part, though, was gluing them onto paper. It started out as filling up a heart but they both ended up filling their entire paper. Please ignore the toddler in the background in apparent danger. He's a pretty good little climber these days so don't worry. He is shockingly sure-footed for someone who can hardly walk.

I think this is the first time Naomi has struck a pose without being asked. I love it! I'm excited about the little personality she is showing lately.

Silas got his first chance to play in the snow today. He played fine for a while but after 10 minutes or so he was ready to be done. His snow pants crack me up in this picture. Talk about thunder thighs.
