Kaleidoscope

Last weekend we took our first family trip to Kaleidoscope. It is a fun place for the kids to make and explore the is part of the Hallmark here is Kansas City. The kids had so much fun. I can't believe we haven't been there before. For a free experience it really knocks your socks off. Looking back, the pictures I took defiantly don't do the place justice. On our next trip I will have to focus more and gawk less.

In the blacklight room this machine would take your picture and put it on the wall. You could also do a glowing painting with crayon wax which was my personal favorite part.

In the cardboard creating station Jake helped Silas make a beating stick. Not sure why he would think we need one of those in the house. As I'm sure you can imagine that caused problems for a few hours and then mysteriously disappeared.
Naomi love, love, LOVES making cards and drawings for people. She was so excited to see the card making station complete with tape, markers, and cutout shapes.

Eve's favorite part was emptying this bin of it's content.

They even had a super fun picnic room attached with plenty of room to play.

While I am getting cute pictures off my phone I thought I would throw these in.

Ava and Silas were too cute at Henry's party.

As if we didn't look crazy enough at the store with a cart full of kids we like to throw in a fake kid just to throw people off.

Silas is counting down the days till Halloween!
