Our lovely little miss Leah turned 5 last week. Her party was all about butterflies. She even planned to wear her butterfly shirt, as you can see.
Leah saw a birthday party on TV that included face paint and so she really wanted that for her party. It was not near as hard as I was imagining to do and kind of fun too.
All Leah wanted for her birthday was a "make-up table." But even a cheap one is not at all cheap so we cut off an old bar stool we had and Silas and I painted it along with a TV tray to serve as a base for a tabletop vanity we ordered. She was definitely excited about how it turned out.
