Easter

Easter Sunday started SUPER early for me this year since Naomi was rather cranky. I sat up in the chair with her all night . We ended up missing Sunday school, but still made it for the main service. I have to say she looks pretty good for being up all night (I don't think the same can be said for myself).

I was so excited to have Naomi wear shoes for the first time but it turns out they are still too big. She only had one when we picked her up from the nursery. So I sent my sister back to search for the other. We finally found it in the car. I didn't even notice we took her in with only one shoe (I'll blame sleep deprivation).
This is Naomi's friend Penny. We had so much fun taking pictures of them in their matching dresses made by a wonderful lady in our church, Twyla. I thought it was neat that we both loved them so much we wanted to save them for Easter Sunday.
After church we went to Nana's and had a great lunch. I snuck this picture of Hannah playing peek-a-boo with grandpa and Naomi. We had to leave before the egg hunting commenced but I heard it was really fun. I can't wait until Naomi can take part. Oh, and I had to put more pictures to show Naomi's bow since we forgot it in the church pictures.

Also this weekend our friends Dave and Brandy welcomed their new addition, Bo. We had so much fun at the church easter egg hunt on Saturday talking about how they had gone into the hospital and trying to share news. I went to see him last night and he so handsome! I think him and Naomi are going to be friends (JUST friends,  since Naomi is NEVER going to be allowed to date). Here's a picture I snagged off of facebook. What a sweetie!

  1. How ADORABLE! I love her little dress ( made me miss raegan being little, she had an almost identical one from twyla) sleep deprivation is for sure a good enough excuse for a missing shoe! ;) Congrats to David and Brandy too, he's a cutie!

  3. I love the bow! Adorable! Isn't it crazy how the all-nighter's don't affect their sweet little faces?! And it's a good thing they have those sweet little faces so we can't get too mad at them. :)
