Smiles for Daddy


Today after morning service Naomi was especially smiley. I caught some video of Jake talking to her. She smiles for him more then anyone.

But the better news is what happened last night. Naomi is a pretty good sleeper but for some reason she always wakes up at about 1:30 AM very cranky. She wants to be held like this
and walked around the house for about an hour. Ya, lets just say I'm getting pretty good at sleep walking. But last night she slept right through her cranky time. Yay! That makes me one happy momma, especially since I'm returning to work next week. I'm hoping for a repeat tonight (but not holding my breath)

    Oh my, how sweet to hear Jake's special-for-Naomi-only voice! Love it. It's really precious that she loves her Daddy so much already.

    Good job Naomi! Keep sleeping through those cranky times. I wish I could sleep through all my cranky times. =)

    Hey did you take that video with your Flip?? You never did tell me if you started using it and if you like it. Last time i checked with you it was still in the box..hehe (that was awhile ago) =)

    You know, our other two always smiled the best for Joe, but Norah saves all her best smiles for me! :) It's about time one of my kids recognized who keeps them alive! :)
    I can't wait to see Naomi again. I'm sure she's gotten so big. Norah wants some cuddle time with her cousin too! :)
