Naomi is a little over 9 months old now and she is starting to get into stuff. Somehow she got into this tub by herself to play with the legos.
I gave her some pasta this week to eat/entertain her self with one night when Jake was gone. It was quite messy. But she had a great time.
And I did the baby clean-up.
We got out our Christmas decorations this week and Naomi watched while I put up the tree. She hasn't really shown interest in bothering the tree it too much. I hope we can keep it that way. She does, however, like this singing, dancing snowman that Nana got her last Christmas.
Naomi had her first french fry from McDonalds this week. She was shockingly uninterested. After tasting it she left it sitting on the couch while she cruised up and down it. I'm not worried, though, I'm sure she'll eventually like them, it's in her genes.

We had Naomi's 9 month check-up this week. It actually ended up being quite an ordeal. We went at our scheduled time only to be told the doctor was not in yet. We were supposed to be called to change our appointment but weren't, the doctor that was there was too busy to see us, and our doctor could not sqeeze us in when he did get there. So, to make a long story short we ended up taking her to our family doctor. He said she was 28 inches (83rd percentile) and 20lbs. (60th percentile). I don't remember her head circumference but it was in the 50th percentile. He also said she looked healthy and normal in case you were wondering.
Our highchair gets cleaned the exact same way! :)
