Cookin' out

Last weekend we had our annual family cookout. We were excited to introduce Leah to the family.

It was fun to have both these newly weds visit this time. Becky came without uncle Aaron last time which didn't exactly sit well with Naomi. She associates people together very strongly right now and can't get past the idea of seeing people without their significant other, children, and pets.

I love doing hot dogs and smores on a campfire and this year we had the perfcet day for it. It was chilly but not too cold. We were even able to bundle up Leah and take her outside.

Naomi wasn't really interested in smores this time but she was lovin this giant marshmalow. I think she ate the entire thing!

Here's my cousin Abby and aunt Cinnemon. Naomi loves to play with Abby and she is so awesome to help play with her and entertain her.

This is everyone hanging out inside after we ate. This living room used to feel so big but with all the new family members it is really starting to get full! It is so exciting.

I want to document the way Naomi runs right now. I'm going to be so sad when this toddler run disappears though I realize she will be laughed out of school if she continues to run with her arms straight out.
