Naomi has recently turned into the cutest little soloist on record. Her favorite songs are Jesus loves me, happy birthday, Old MacDonald, and Noah. She learned this Noah song from a CD she got from Gigi (Jakes Grandma). In case you can't tell, it starts out like this "God told Noah build an ark. So Noah obeyed the Lord." ( I LOVE the way she says obeyed)

Leah is two weeks old today. I'd like to say they have flown by but they haven't. We've had some good days and some bad days but that day two weeks ago when I delivered her seem like ages ago. She's really a good little eater and she will nap just about anywhere. Currently she is laying in the recliner. Nights have been rough on and off for her. I haven't really found anywhere that she "likes" to sleep for the evening. I've had her in her crib, the pack n play, her car seat, the swing, and even sleeping with me on the couch. but she just seems generally uncomfortable wherever she is. She does sleep and has even gone 5 hours a couple of times between feedings but she wakes up a lot grunting and crying like she is maybe having gas pains. Lucky for me she likes the NUK pacifiers and a lot of times will go back to sleep if I give her one.

Last week at her one week check-up she was 7 lbs 1 oz (still down from her birthweight of 7 lbs 5 oz) but today she was 7 lbs 11 oz (50th percentile) and 20.5 inches (60th percentile).
