Two months (way late)

So, ya, Blogspot and I have been having a sort of misunderstanding this week. It's been telling me (and all my blogspot friends) that I am out of storage space, so I've been spending the last few days meditating and trying to make the major life decision of how I'm going to deal with this. Changing my blog server seems like it would be a pain, and I'm afraid that I would just run into the same problem down the road, loading my pictures smaller adds a few extra steps that I'd rather not deal with, but paying for more storage space per month doesn't really interest me either. I finally decided to start uploading my pictures smaller so that they won't count toward my storage space. Crises averted. Now onto the important news.  It's been two whole months since little Leah joined the family. And what an exciting few months it has been. Leah really started out very cranky but has calmed down recently, though she still has a long way to go. Most of the time she is pretty content in the morning and afternoon. The evenings are pretty rough but seem to be getting better. She loves to be nice and tight. We've even been swaddling her in her car seat.

She is not the greatest at nursing. She breaks suction a lot, drips milk while she sucks, and makes a ton of noise but she's growing like a weed so I try not to worry. At night she usually will sleep 5 hours or so. She really loves to sleep on her tummy which totally stresses me out. I have given into letting her sleep on her stomach during the day but I still have her sleep in the swing at night.

In the past few weeks she has started to smile all the time. It's usually not the wide open mouth smile that Naomi had. It's more of an adorable little smirk. So. Cute.

 Two month stats:
               height: 23 inches (75th percentile)
               weight: 10 pounds 14 ounces (40th percentile)

Naomi loves playing blocks with Daddy lately. Only dad knows how to build towers so high.
