All is well

It's been a while since I've checked in but it's not for lack of fun things to post, it because of a lack of pictures. I am well aware that my storytelling skill are severely lacking and so I hate posting without pictures. Though we've had lots of fun happenings the last few weeks like a fun night at the legends with Josh and Val, Naomi's first dentist appointment, Nana's birthday, Leah first T-Bones game, and Leah's first doughnut, I have pictures of none of them. Sad day, I know. 

I do have a picture of Red sporting a beautiful beaded necklace. I'm sure you guessed this was Naomi's idea. Can you tell he loves it?

 The other day at the store was picked up some t-shirts for Jake. When I put this one in the cart Naomi said "Oh, yeah, this one has daddy's picture on it"

And since I'd hate to leave you with no picture of the girls, here they are showing off their stickers from Krispy Creme. We stopped there after we visited the doctor today and were pleasantly surprised to find out it is National Doughnut Day. We each got a free doughnut, even Leah! Score. Notice the girls in long sleeves? We are loving this weather, even if it is June.

The last couple of weeks Naomi has been talking occasionally about killing people or people killing her. I was so surprised (shocked really) the first time I heard it and have been trying to figure out where she got it from. Then a few days ago Leah was crying and Naomi said "Mommy, is Leah killin' you?" So, ya, now I know where she heard it. Me. I tell Leah that she killin' me all the time. Oops. Just another of those things that reminds you how much they see and hear.
