Dinner and a movie

Last week we took the girls out to Red Lobster for some endless shrimp and then came home for a movie. Unfortunately, we let Naomi pick the movie so it was Little Mermaid for the millionth time. Isn't it precious how toddlers like to see the same movies over and over (said with a forced smile).

We had a good visit with my sisters this past weekend. Somehow, I didn't get any pictures of them but we had a fun time playing pass the baby. During nap, my mom cuddled with Leah while I cuddled with sweet little Piper. She reminded me of how great it is to have a tiny little snuggler around. So glad I have another one on the way since mine is getting so big.

Leah loves to climb on this giraffe and ride. You can tell she is so proud of herself to have climbed on unassisted.

Leah got a few early birthday presents from Aunt Becky and Aunt Chrissie this weekend too. Here is her very own chair so she doesn't have to fight with Naomi over the little brown one. Now there are no fights over who sits where... well... there are less anyway.

Red likes to sneak a nap on it too while the girls are sleeping

And an adorable new bath towel. It's hard to tell but it has a little fox face on the hood and a cute little tail, too.

Stay tuned for a fun zoo post later this weekend. I am currently executing Operation Finished-my-paper-and-now-must-catch-up-on-blogging.

  1. Love the movie night pics! The princess couch is from Aunt Chrissie too (I would probably still be standing in the toy dept trying to make a decision if she wasn't there). Love your little cuddlers! I even got some snuggling in with Naomi I wish we could have captured because she is growing up too fast!
