Finally Christmas

We had a very different, but very fun Christmas this year. None of our family from out of town was here which has never happened before. So we got a lot of low key time to just hang out at home or with the family that lives around here. It was nice and I especially appreciated it because I am HUGE these days. The less I move around the better.

Christmas eve morning we opened presents with the girls. I'm betting Disney makes a KILLING at Christmas time. Here are the girls with some new princess gear. Can you tell Leah loves her Frozen blanket?

On Christmas Day we went to Nana and Grandpa's house. We had biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls before digging into our stocking candy. Naomi is a little obsessed with bows this year. She helped Nana put bows on all the presents before we opened them.

We saw Jason and Heidi later at Nana's and the kids had a fun time playing. Sarah and Leah ended up in matching shirts, too, which was fun. They are so cute together.

On Saturday, Chrissie and Becky came into town and we had ourselves a post-Christmas Christmas gathering. I'm so glad we all got together even if it was late. It's fun having everyone around.

I have to point out Naomi's headband in this picture. I didn't get very many pictures with it because as soon as someone points out how adorable it is she gets embarrassed and doesn't want to wear it anymore but Becky made it with little Christmas ornaments and it really is the cutest thing ever.
