We are so, so excited to have a new kitchen table! Jake's Grandma Manthe has been huge blessing to us over the years and this time has outdone herself with this amazing gift. She took us to pick it out in November and we have been anxiously awaiting it's arrival for what seems like forever but I'm actually glad it was a little delayed so Silas could be here for our first meals around it.
I took these last two pictures with the timer on my camera and could not believe that everyone was actually looking. I've been trying for months to take a picture with everyone looking at the camera but never guessed this would be the way to do it. Maybe my camera is magic.

On a completely different note, here is a video of Leah running. Her little waddle just makes my day. I remember having the same obsession with Naomi's run when she was about this age. Something about those short little legs and swinging arms just makes me smile.
You guys look great around your beautiful new table! I can't wait to see Leah run in person (and of course it would be fun to chase her around)!
