The last few Saturdays we have had a good time just having around the house or letting the kids play at various locations. Jake installed a new stove at my parents house with a little help from Silas. I love how he thinks he has a place on Daddy's lap no matter what.
Leah is such a sweetie these days. We are so, so glad she has come out of the crying stage. No terrible twos for this girl (so far anyway). I think she used up all her terribleness in her first couple of years and has only sweetness left. She was rocking these new sunglasses and watch and I just couldn't resist taking her picture. Funny story, when we were in the car she was telling me how she lost her sunglasses and couldn't find them when they were perched right on her head. I wish I could say I've never done that...
This weekend we had everyone together for the mother daughter banquet at church. It was so fun having Lindsay and her girls there with us. All the little girls play so great together these days. Unfortunately they all got to giggling during the speaking. It was hard for us not to laugh at them as we were trying to listen.
That evening we celebrated my dad's birthday, my sister's graduation, and mother's day. The girls had so much fun helping put together this pop tower from everyone.
When we were opening presents, Lylah came running in with this bag on her head. Giggles all around.
