Cute stuff

It always make me smile when someone gets all creative on their own. This space ship, for example.

Eve is always wanting to dress up these days. She wears a crown a lot and little play high heals which Silas refers to as old lady shoes. Ha!

Since my class started back up I have been desperate for something to keep the kids out of my hair so  I finally broke down and brought our rice box inside. Sometimes it's a mess but it is worth the hours of entertainment.

 Ella is just getting bigger by the second. She turned six months at some point this month and I didn't even realize! No wonder she is sitting up. She is just about to that 2 nap stage too. She hasn't gotten much baby food but loves having little bits of table food. She still wakes up 2 or three times a night but I don't really mind since she goes right back to sleep. She is not a fan of pacifiers or bottles which is such a bummer to me. I might also mention that she is kind of a mamas girl. And by "kind of" I mean she really isn't interested in being around anyone else. At all, ever. It is a little smothering. I remind myself daily that one day I will miss being needed like this.
