In case you have been living under a rock, I will be the first to let you know the Chiefs made it to the super bowl for the first time in 50 years this year! Hopefully this is not true, BUT I know this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity so I wanted to make it memorable for everyone. I have always regretting not putting together a fun party when the Royals won the world series in 2015 (to be fair, Eve was born right in the middle of it) but I told myself I would do it the next year and now look where we are...
Any way, we had nachos, a Patrick Mahomes cake, bottled root beer, and for a halftime show we did a blind taste test that the kids have been wanting to do. They would watch videos of kids on youtube doing taste test all. day. long. if they could, so now we have a little video of our own to add to it.
Here's to hoping we get to do it all over again next year.
