Last weekend was Leah's first weekend at home and it was a super fun one! On Saturday evening we had the VERY last Manthe brother wedding shower. Ever. I am so excited for Jeff and Courtney to tie the knot in a few weeks but I'm a little sad that there won't be any more wedding showers. Baby showers are fun and I am excited that we'll have plenty more of those but there is something about wedding showers that are so fun and special.
To end the era in style, Val and Michelle planned the best shower yet. It was a fall theme. I loved the colors and decorations.
Here's Michelle playing game master and cuddling Leah. I love wedding shower games!
Leah and her cousin Sarah had their first official photo shoot together at the shower. They were due 1 day apart but Sarah was a bit of an early bird. Here they are at 18 days old and 4 days old. I'm looking forward to seeing these two grow up together1
Aunt Michelle was getting some special cuddle time with both girls when Naomi came over to join the fun.
And these pictures show why I'm starting to be nervous about Naomi's taste in technology. It will not be fun to learn that mom and dad aren't going to provide this kinds of entertainment at home.
The sister-in-law group is complete! What a good looking set of brother's wives.
Becky and Aaron were here to meet Leah on Saturday too. We spent Saturday morning with them. Leah was a super snuggler with them both.
We had intentions of taking a family picture several times earlier in the week but we didn't get around to it until Saturday. I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the idea of having two kids. I'm kindof afraid I'm going to leave one somewhere. Do you think if I left one in the shopping cart it would be there when I came back for it?
In case you missed this picture on Facebook, this is Naomi talking on the phone to Jake at work. She was just talking and talking though we only understood a few of the words. I love how she's even gesturing with her hands. Priceless.

So fun! What a beautiful family! Can't wait to see you guys. :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the picture of Mrs. Hall and Leah! You should probably get that printed for her.
