This weekend we celebrated Naomi's third birthday. We had a small(ish) family party with lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins. We were so excited that my sisters could even make the trip to come celebrate with us.
I wanted to have a Frozen theme but apparently so did every other girl in the free world. There were no Frozen party supplies to be bought anywhere on earth. I managed to snag some cupcake toppers and painted these cups (though they looked way better on pinterest)
Becky was in charge of the cupcakes. She brought all kinds of sprinkles and edible glitter. They looked and tasted amazing! I'm so thankful to have a sister who is wonderful with baking and decorating!
I'm also thankful for cousins! Naomi just adores Hannah these days. I love that these two get to grow up together.
Silas got an unbelievable amount of cuddle time. As you can see he is absolutely consumed with all the birthday excitement.
Naomi got so many awesome presents. She has been playing them nonstop for two days now. It is really nice to have her entertaining herself.
This was Silas's first time to wear real clothes (sad, I know). I can't believe how different he looks when he isn't wearing jammies.
I just had to include this picture of Elsa riding Sven. She seems to fit of a bit awkwardly, don't you think?
Lastly, I want to note that at three, Naomi is 35lbs and 38 inches. When I did a little interview with her I found that her favorite person in the world is daddy. She also loves blue, Cinderella, Frozen, her princess matching game, toast and sausage with syrup, and "banilla" ice cream. She thinks she is very good at having a happy heart and when asked what she wants to do when she grow up responded "I don't care."

I know these are seriously late but I still wanted to share these cutie patooties with their new stuffed animals and snuggling with daddy watching Minnie-rella on Valentines Day.
P.S. Look who knows exactly how to hold a pen. I reluctantly handed one over this week because she really wanted it and she took off drawing like a pro. Makes my little teacher heart smile.
You have the smartest, most adorable kids. I love them so much! It was so fun to see you guys this weekend!
