Great real estate is all about location and let me tell you our house has the best location on the planet. I've always loved that it is only a minute or two from the church which is amazing for quick trips to drop off food, going back late at night to grab your forgotten purse, or sleeping late on Sunday morning. But only since having kids have I come to appreciate the value it's proximity to the school brings. We live literally 100 yards from all the outdoor space a toddler could ever dream of AND we don't even have to mow it. Lots of days we take short walks and stop to play at various locations.
We love the track or, more specifically, the long jump pit. Almost beachy, right?
This big hill leads up to the football practice fields and at the bottom there is a tree stump that is perfect for climbing and jumping off.
The tennis courts are always a favorite. Someday I imagine us all going and actually playing tennis but at this point tennis rackets are more like weapons so we leave them at home. We always take Red to wear himself out at the tennis courts too. Since it's inclosed he is way less of a flight risk so the kids can take turns walking him, which they love.
These picnic tables are the best. The girls totally love packing up a basket and taking lunch to them.
And these rocks are a safe easy way to expend a little energy.
I guess it's probably time I shared a baby bump picture on here. I will say, this belly looks strikingly similar to the one I've had each pregnancy but feels way less cute for some reason. These days I tend to feel more like a old arthritic cow and less like a girl with a baby bump. What's with that?
Your baby bump is as adorable as ever! I would say it's quite normal to feel that way heading into the end of your 4th pregnancy! :)
ReplyDeleteYou're right. Your house is in a GREAT location!
