Sleepover

Recently, the kids spent the night at my parent's house and got to shop (online) for some new jammies. Naomi is totally, TOTALLY into clothes shopping. Unfortunately for her the only place she has ever "shopped" has been at garage sales so this was a real treat for her. I don't know that Leah was real excited about the shopping part but she ended up with the best purchase. She looks like a total doll in this nightgown. I really could just grab her up and snuggle her to death in it. 

I rarely get a chance to cook without Silas helping these days. I'm pretty sure his favorite toys in the whole house are the can opener and the toaster. Plus, I think he has learned that helping gets him snacks before dinner and the occasional treat.

I love seeing Silas move into the "pretend play" stage. And I don't even feel bad about him playing with his little baby. It is blue, after all...
