Leah requested nachos for dinner so we did that along with taco stuff for those with more adult taste. Then a unicorn piniata, cake, and presents.
The ONLY thing Leah wanted for her birthday was one of the light up bonky stick things (she had one that she got as a Christmas present that got broken and she has missed it ever since). We even took her to Walmart and browsed the toys asking her to point out things that she wanted but she didn't really want anything. How crazy is that?!
She really did love all the presents she got though. I wish I took more video of her opening them because she was so excited the whole time.
As a three year old, Leah is usually incredibly easy going. She gets along great most of the time with a more then slightly bossy older sister. They can usually be found playing princesses (three inch dolls), barbies, or Jake and the Never Land Pirates where Leah is Jake, Naomi is Izzy, and Silas is Cubby. When it comes to meals she is not really picky but hardly eats anything. I've started to accept that it just doesn't take much food to take her 35 pound little frame going. She gets lots and lots of nosebleeds and leg aches, is still very attached to her two hour afternoon nap, and wants to be just like her big sister.
And, finally, here she is to tell you a little bit about herself.
That is so awesome! The interview is just adorable.
ReplyDeleteI just want to squeeze her! So cute!!!
