Legoland

Jake and I have been itching to try out the Legoland here in town for quite some time now and we finally found a good day to jump in and get it done. It really was a pretty cool attraction with lots to do and see and build without a lot of walking. My seriously pregnant self gives it 5 stars for that.

 Their favorite statue was the Dorothy and Toto. Naomi and Leah know a little about Wizard of Oz so this was right up their alley. Silas was just excited to see the puppy. We were quite mortified when he reached down and plucked the ear right off. Hopefully poor Toto get's that a lot from adoring fans.

Their favorite attraction by far was the car building station. While Jake set to work building a super cool car I supervised the racing with these lego people cars. They were REAL rough going down the track but no one noticed till Jake's car was finished. Unfortunately, then we had one kids with an awesome car and two with jankie cars. That kind of ruined the fun.

The 4-D movie was a huge hit also. The girls were so impressed that it snowed and rained inside the theatre. Silas even watched like a champ. It was just the perfect length for him. 

Leah was completely close-up-worthy in her little upside down shades. I guess when you have a tiny little face they fit pretty well like that.
